The FARM 10 Billion Lives North America Tour will be in front of the ASU Bookstore from 8:00 a.m. to 4: 00 p.m. on February 13-15, 18 and 19, 2013.
Farm Animal Rights Movement (FARM), as a part of their 10 Billion Lives Tour,
pays viewers a dollar if they watch their four minute video, depicting the abuses in factory farms and the horrible truths about animal agriculture. According to USDA reports, nearly 10 billion land animals are raised and killed for food every year in the U.S. alone. Many animals suffer unimaginable horrors from the time they are born to the time they are slaughtered for food, or die from abuse, disease or neglect.
Studies have shown that most Americans are concerned for the welfare of farmed animals. FARMS' outreach method has a high rate of success in bringing awareness to individuals, many of whom commit to eating fewer animal products after watching the video.
