Infographic: Wondering About a Vegan Diet?

This is really a great infographic entitled "Wondering About a Vegan Diet?"  It illustrates several important nutrients (like protein, calcium, iron, Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin D) and gives examples of plant-based food sources (including portions) of those nutrients.

It also gives a few statistics about how a vegan diet aids in weight loss, reduces the risk of coronary heart disease, diabetes and certain cancers, and is associated with significantly lower cholesterol levels.
