Picture of the Day: Oh God, I'm SO Full!


This is exactly how I feel after eating a whole food, plant-based meal!  A meal consisting of unrefined grains, beans or legumes, leafy greens, nuts and seeds and fresh fruit ... This kind of meal is typically low in calories (so you can practically eat all you want!), is nutrient dense and packed with dietary fiber.  Fiber is what makes you feel full while helping you to lose weight!
