Picture of the Day: Every Time You Eat ...


The latest studies show that food can cause disease or cure it.   Mounting scientific research strongly suggests that eating too many SAD (Sad American Diet) foods causes overweight, obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart attacks, strokes, arthritis, premature aging, and a myriad of other unhealthy and life-threatening medical conditions.

So, choose your foods wisely!  Every meal counts because every time you eat or drink, you are either feeding disease or fighting it!
