Picture of the Day: Eat Clean

Eating clean means avoiding processed and prepared foods, chemically-enhanced foods, GMO foods and foods made with white flour, sugar, artificial ingredients and preservatives.  It also means choosing organically grown fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains over conventionally grown crops whenever possible.
