One of the prevailing myths in the bodybuilding world is that loads of protein is required to build muscle and only animal-derived protein is "quality" protein. However, more and more vegetarian and vegan bodybuilders are successfully challenging this myth with awesome results. Among the many vegan athletes, just a few of these are Jim Morris, Billy Simmonds, Dusan Dudas, Alexander Dargatz, Joel Krkilis, Kenneth G. Williams, Robbie Hazeley, Robert Cheeke and Joshua Knox.
